Vinification: Les Bouens is a plot located in Rions. This is one of the best terroirs in the village and is characterized by fine clays on a beautiful limestone rock, only 30 cm deep in some places. The maceration lasted almost 3 weeks and we did not sulphate. An early bottling allows to preserve an intense fruit.

Tasting Notes: This wine has an intense ruby color. The nose is marked by notes of raspberry. The mouth is marked by a beautiful freshness and a beautiful tannic structure, present and elegant.
