After studying business admnistration at HEC Paris, Pauline worked for 2 years in Singapore. Then she decided to come back home, studied oenology in Supagro Montpellier and started to work at Haut-Rian beg March 🙂

10/10/2014: End of the harvest and « pampayette » 🙂

The start of the summer was quite rainy and everyone was a bit worried in July. However, we had a marvellous August and September that allowed to dry our soils and concentrate grapes. Red and white grapes (Cabernet and Sémillon more specifically) are both very good.

It is now time to celebrate with all Haut-Rian team the end of the harvest. Close to Bordeaux, this celebration is called « pampayette ».
